Congratulations to the new CEO Nicola Caronzolo
We are very happy to announce that Dr. Nicola Caronzolo has been appointed as the new CEO of Sintetica.
Sintetica former CEO, Miro Venturi has decided to leave his position to take on new international challenges. He will stay involved in the board of Directors of Sintetica to support the transition and follow some international projects.
Nicola Caronzolo, previously Corporate Chief Operating Officer, after spending the first years of his professional career in academia and then having an interesting experience at a Swiss company developing polymer matrix supported drugs, joined the Sintetica team in 2002, experiencing first-hand the growth and development of the company from the early years.
In addition to his duties regarding operations and strategy, so far Nicola Caronzolo has had direct responsibility over critical operating functions in terms of production, engineering, process and product innovation, and quality systems.
We wish him all the best for a long and successful journey heading the Sintetica Team.
